WhisperCall AI is a place where adults can pick up the phone and talk to an AI character the way they would talk to a person: out loud, in real time, with interruptions, laughter and changes of subject. It launched in 2026 as an independent product and is run by a small team.

Why voice

Most AI companions are chat windows. Typing keeps you at arm's length. A voice that answers within a second, that you can cut off mid-sentence, and that reacts to how you say something, is a different experience. That is the whole idea: calls, not chats.

How a call works

Your microphone streams to our server only while the call is connected.
Speech recognition turns what you say into text as you speak.
A language model writes the persona's reply, sentence by sentence, in the character's voice and mood.
Each sentence is spoken by a neural voice and played back before the next one is written, which is how replies arrive in about a second.
If you start talking, the persona stops and listens.

What we care about

Privacy. Conversations are processed live and never stored. Payment is in crypto, so nothing appears on a card statement. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
Honesty. Every persona is a fictional adult voiced by an AI, and the site says so everywhere. No character pretends to be a real person.
Adults only. The service is for people aged 18 and over, and our Content Policy has no grey areas about minors.
Fair pricing. Three free minutes to see if you like it, then prepaid packs charged by the second. No subscription and no minutes that expire.

Where it runs

The service is hosted in the European Union (Helsinki, Finland). Speech and language processing use specialised providers listed in the Privacy Policy.
