WhisperCall AI is an adult service built around fictional characters. Adults talking to an AI about adult things is exactly what it is for. This page sets out the few lines that must not be crossed, how the service enforces them, and how to report something that worries you.

The characters

Every persona is a fictional adult. None is based on a real person, and none may be steered into portraying a real, identifiable person or a public figure.
Everything a persona says is generated by an AI model in the moment. It is not scripted, recorded or spoken by a human.
The personas do not remember you between calls.

Never allowed

The following end a call and can end an account immediately. Where the law requires it, we report to the authorities.

Anything sexual involving minors. This includes role-play in which a character is presented as, or asked to act as, someone under 18, whatever words are used for it. There are no exceptions.
Sexual or violent scenarios involving a real, identifiable person who has not consented, including public figures.
Threats, harassment or incitement to violence against real people.
Requests for instructions to commit serious crimes, including the making of weapons or drugs.
Encouragement of self-harm or suicide.
Attempts to extract other users' data, to attack the service, or to manipulate the AI into breaking these rules.

How the rules are enforced

The AI is instructed to refuse prohibited requests and to stay in character as an adult. Because we do not store recordings or transcripts, enforcement relies on those built-in safeguards, on automated signals such as repeated refusals, and on reports from users. Accounts flagged this way are reviewed and may be suspended or closed without refund of unused minutes.

Reporting a problem

If a persona said something it should not have, if you believe someone under 18 is using the service, or if you have another content concern, email support@whispercallai.com with "Report" in the subject line. Include the date and time of the call, the persona, and what happened. We read every report and reply within two business days.

Looking after yourself

The characters are fiction and are meant to be enjoyable. If you find that calls are getting in the way of your life, or if you are in distress, please talk to someone real: a friend, a doctor, or a local crisis line. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
